Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped by our supplier through AutoDS, you will automatically receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. Most AutoDS-fulfilled items arrive within:

• 7–15 business days to the UK, US, Canada, and Australia

• 10–20 business days for international orders

Please note that delays may occur due to customs, high order volume, or supplier factors outside our control.

Tracking Information:
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear depending on the supplier and carrier.

Multiple Shipments:
Because we work with multiple suppliers through AutoDS, items in your order may arrive separately at no extra cost.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for missing orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
